Description

The panels used to create these striking perforated facades are commonly made from aluminium because of the materials lightweight, low maintenance properties, with anodising in various colours being the preferred finish.

Perforated Aluminium sheets work well aesthetically and are formed and fabricated easily making them ideal for Architectural Applications. Mild Steel and Stainless Steel are stronger materials and more durable than Aluminium if comparing the same sheet thickness, however, Aluminium is almost three times lighter making it a favorable material for cladding particularly where weight is an important consideration.

Bespoke patterns and designs are manufactured to meet individual customer’s specifications and requirements
Different Perforated Metal ‘types’ are available; flush, embossed (raised), debossed, Mixed ‘type’ e.g. flush and embossed. Louvered, pressed perforations upturned, pressed perforations down-turned, bespoke pressings.
Standard staggered pitch include; 60, 90 and 45-degree orientation or random perforations
